- 2 tbsp. Chives chopped
- ⅓ cup Apple Cider Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar

- 1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar

- ½ cup Raisins pr dried cranberries
- ½ cup Walnuts chopped, or sunflower seeds
- ½ cup Sour Cream or plain yoghurt
