Ingredients

  • 2 large Cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1 small Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup White wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and onions.
    2 large Cucumbers, 1 small Onion
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and black pepper until the sugar is dissolved.
    ¼ cup White wine vinegar, ¼ cup Water, 2 tbsp. Sugar, ½ tsp. Salt, ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onions and toss to coat.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
  • Before serving, sprinkle the chopped dill over the salad.
